Dr. Carl Albrecht Schade is a banker and corporate finance specialist with a 25 year career in diverse positions in the German corporate and financial sectors. Profiting from his experience in a wide range of corporate spheres, he specialises in transactions in the financial and industrial markets bridging continental Europe and the Anglo-Saxon world.

The companies he has worked for in the past include Hermann Lampe, Marcard, Merck Finck & Co., IKB Deutsche Industriebank and WGZ-Bank, where he was a board member between 1999 and 2002. He also worked for the private equity arm of the German consultancy company Droege.
