Robert (Bob) Bischof is a strategist and hands-on entrepreneur with a career focussed on the UK and Germany spanning more than 30 years in manufacturing, marketing & sales and financial services. He is a member of the advisory council of T-Systems Ltd. and a non-executive director of Henderson Eurotrust PLC. He sits on the boards of the German-British Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the German-British Forum and the UK Learning and Skills Council Youth Committee and is Chairman and lead investor of Vitalize Health Products Ltd.

He is a past chairman of Jungheinrich (GB) and Lancer Boss (Boss Group) and has carried out restructuring projects for STILL, the Linde subsidiary, and advised BT of Sweden on strategy.

His business experience includes operations in East Germany for the Treuhand privatisation and restructuring agency and in Slovakia working on defence conversion projects. He was awarded the German Order of Merit for services in East Germany and Anglo-German relations
