Terry Murphy is a corporate real estate specialist with over 30 years experience.

He has worked in both the public and private sectors for a number of high profile organisations. He has been involved in a number of ground breaking real estate projects for Local Authorities and other Public Sector bodies. He was Premises Director for Prudential where he was responsible for acquiring, managing and refurbishing all the property assets for this 1100 branch estate agency network. He was the property lead in the planned regional disposal of these business units.

He has established a property consultancy, Ionic Consultancy, to provide advice to corporate clients in developing innovative solutions to a range of property related problems.

Terry is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has an MBA.
