Tom Wolfram, a German-British corporate finance expert specialising in the medical and technical fields, joined the london and oxford group in 2008. He has extensive operational management experience as a chief financial officer and deputy managing director involving acquisition, integration, restructuring and disposal work in manufacturing and distribution companies, with particular focus on the healthcare/medical sector.

His main corporate experience has been within the medical division of Smiths Group plc where he was latterly Director of Finance for Continental Europe. He has spent many years working in Germany. He is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the Cass Business School where he studied Business Studies.
